Washington (D.C.) Archbishop Carroll EDGE Nyckoles Harbor is one of the best pure athletes in the 2023 recruiting cycle.

In addition to being right on the cusp of reaching five-star status in football, Harbor is one of the best sprinters in the country as well. He has run the 100-meters in 10.38 seconds and 200-meters in 21.36 seconds.

So after making a trip to Oklahoma this past weekend, Harbor decided to post photos of himself wearing both the iconic Crimson football jersey for the Sooners and their track-and-field singlet.

Nyckoles Harbor is one of the top recruits in the country

Nyckoles Harbor is the No. 11 recruit in the 2023 On3 Top 100 and the highest-rated recruit to not be a five-star recruit.

In addition to the Sooners, he also holds offers from Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, South Carolina, Texas, Texas A&M and Wisconsin, among others.

He has also gone on visits to Penn State for the White Out game and Michigan for the Rutgers game this season.

The Oklahoma visit was Nyckoles Harbor’s first one outside of the Midwest for a game this season. It was a good one for him to attend. On3’s Jeremy Crabtree called the Sooners one of the biggest winners of the Week 7 on the recruiting trail.

“Recruits want to play early, especially the ones that are needed to win in the national championship,” Crabtree said. “It’s one of the biggest recruiting lures out there. Every school talks to the five stars and On300 type of prospects and tells them they can play as true freshmen. But few schools can back it up like Oklahoma.”
