After visiting Oklahoma twice in the month of March, Cayden Green is headed back to Norman again in April.

The four-star Lees Summit (Mo.) North offensive tackle tweeted Sunday that he will return to OU for his sixth visit in the past year. It will come on April 22-24, the weekend of the Sooners’ spring game.

Green is the No. 75 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 6 offensive tackle and the No. 2 junior prospect in Missouri.

As it stands now, the Sooners are overwhelming favorites to land him, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. It gives OU 98.3 percent chance of securing his commitment. He recently named a top five that included Oklahoma, Missouri, Michigan, Miami, and Nebraska.

Missouri has gone all-out to keep the prized big man home, including Tigers coach Eli Drinkwitz going so far as to show up in a dump truck at Green’s school in January. But Green has a strong relationship with Oklahoma offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh, who elected not to follow head coach Lincoln Riley to USC.

Miami, led by former Oregon head coach Mario Cristobal, has made Green a priority dating back to his time in Eugene. And Cayden Green said recently that he plans to take an official visit to Coral Gables. Michigan, Missouri and Oklahoma are each expected to receive a visit as well, which are expected to take place in May and June.
