Oklahoma has extended an offer to Norman (Okla.) Community Christian School four-star EDGE Bai Jobe.

Jobe is the No. 175 overall player in the country, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

The On3 Consensus also has Jobe as the No. 18 EDGE in the country.

He is the fourth-best player from the state of Oklahoma after Bixby (Okla.) four-star tight end Luke Hasz, Mustang (Okla.) four-star athlete Jacobe Johnson and Tulsa (Okla.) Booker T. Washington four-star wide receiver Micah Tease.

Hasz is a former Sooners commit. He decommitted after Lincoln Riley left the Great Plains for the sandy beaches of the West Coast.

Jobe grew up in Senegal and moved to the United States in 2018 with hopes of a career in basketball. But a coach convinced to try football and he soon developed into an elite recruit.

“I love football … [it’s] really fun, for sure. I feel bad because I should have played before,” Jobe told the Norman Transcript. “It’s fun, everybody is together, you know what I mean, as brothers and stuff. We all love each other and we all love to play that game.”
