Penn State has extended an offer to Altamonte Springs (Fla.) Lake Brantley four-star linebacker Andrew Harris.

According to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies, Harris is the No. 140 overall recruit in the country.

He is the No. 109 prospect in the 2023 On300 ranking, which makes him the sixth-best linebacker in the country.

Harris currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $12.7k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

The Nittany Lions are fifth in the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Ranking with eight commits, including four four-star prospects. Those On3 Consensus four-star recruits are Reading (Pa.) Wyomissing four-star interior offensive lineman Jven Williams, Glen Burnie (Md.) Good Counsel four-star tight end Neeo Avery, Fredericksburg (Va.) Riverbend four-star athlete Mathias Barnwell and Ashburn (Va.) Broad Run four-star offensive lineman Alex Birchmeier.

Andrew Harris is a package deal with his brother

Andrew Harris has a twin brother in fellow four-star linebacker Michael Harris. The two are both high-level college recruits and told On3’s Chad Simmons that they plan on being a package deal at the next level.

“We will take visits together, talk about our favorites together, and make the decision together. Michael and I will be going to the same college,” Andrew Harris told Simmons.

Michael Harris has not yet received an offer from Penn State, according to his Twitter account. He is the No. 279 overall recruit in the 2023 On3 Consensus.
