Former Texas A&M star running back Trayveon Williams has an interesting new side-gig on campus.

When he’s not suiting-up for the defending champions of the AFC in the Cincinnati Bengals, Williams will be an adjunct NIL professor at the Texas A&M School of Law, according to Front Office Sports.

“Bengals RB Trayveon Williams has a new side gig: An adjunct NIL professor at Texas A&M School of Law,” tweeted Front Office Sports. “He’ll co-teach a course with Alex Sinatra, a sports attorney and sports business consultant, starting Spring of 2023.”

Some side-gigs include driving for Uber or DoorDash to make some extra dough, but Williams is taking things to the next level. When he’s not trying to score touchdowns on the football field, the former Texas A&M star will be giving his knowledge back to students going through the same course-load he went through a couple years ago.

Trayveon Williams is preparing for his fourth NFL season with the Bengals, but his side-gig teaching at his alma-mater could be just as rewarding moving forward.

More on Trayveon Williams, Cincinnati Bengals

Trayveon Williams ran into the history books at Texas A&M, an unstoppable force for the Aggies over his time with the program. To illustrate, Williams broke the school records for single-season all-purpose yards and rushing yards, gaining First-Team All-SEC honors in 2018.

Then, Williams was drafted with the No. 182 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft by Cincinnati, but the same level of success has yet to be found for the former Texas A&M running back.

In three seasons with the Bengals, Williams has rushed the football 41 times, gaining 208 rushing yards but has yet to score his first touchdown. Perhaps entering his fourth season he’ll be able to find a new gear on at the NFL level.

Nevertheless, it’ll be interesting to see how Trayveon Williams balances teaching with the rigors of NFL life. It’s commendable what the former Aggies star is doing, giving back to his school while living his dream as an NFL running back.
