Quinn Ewers launches line of jerky through NIL deal with Victory Snacks
This weekend, Quinn Ewers and Texas will renew one of college football’s most storied rivalries as they head to Texas A&M. Ahead of the game, the Longhorns quarterback announced a new NIL deal, which includes a line of ham jerky.
Ewers is joining forces with Victory Snacks, debuting QB1 Jerky. It will come in three flavors – Tropical, Smokin’ and Texas Heat – and pays homage to his position on the Texas depth chart as he goes through his final season in Austin.
A percentage of QB1 Jerky proceeds will go toward other Texas athletes, who will also be part of marketing and promotion efforts. Football players Zina Umeozul, Trevor Goosby and Connor Robertson will also be involved, as will beach volleyball athletes Chloe Charles, Ava Patton, Presley Wright, Macey Butler and Carys Patton.
“I’m pumped to work with Victory Snacks to launch QB1 Jerky,” Ewers said in a statement. “It’s awesome to have a product that’s not only delicious but also has the protein packed energy and nutrition it takes for an athlete like me to perform. I can’t wait for ‘Hook ‘em Horns’ faithful to try my favorite Texas Heat flavor.”
Victory Snacks is the latest notable partnership for Ewers, who’s also the face of Dr Pepper’s “Fansville” commercials this season and on the cover of EA Sports College Football 25. He also has NIL deals with New Era and Hulu, as well as an agreement with Nicholas Air as part of his portfolio.

Quinn Ewers is in the midst of another impressive season in Austin as he looks to end his college career on a high note. Despite missing time with an injury, he still has completed 68% of his passes for 2,089 yards and a career-high 23 touchdowns to help Texas to a 10-1 record. The Longhorns came in at No. 3 in the latest College Football Playoff rankings and the No. 2 seed in the projected 12-team bracket.
Quinn Ewers’ On3 NIL Valuation
Ewers enters the final week of the regular season with an On3 NIL Valuation of $1.8 million, which ranks second on the Texas roster only to Arch Manning. He also sits at No. 14 in the On3 NIL 100, the first of its kind and defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college athletes ranked by their On3 NIL Valuation.
“Despite what some fans and media believe, there is not an unlimited amount of money being deployed to manage rosters,” said Shannon Terry, the founder and CEO of On3. “Any model – whether it’s today’s broken NCAA ‘student-athlete’ construct or media rights sharing through employment, which is almost a certainty in the near future – demands efficiency based on the athlete and school knowing the athlete’s respective market value.”
The On3 NIL Valuation is calculated by combining Roster Value and personal NIL. Roster value is the value an athlete has by being a member of his or her team at his or her school, which factors into the role of NIL collectives. NIL in an athlete’s name, image and likeness and the value it could bring to regional and national brands outside of the scope of NIL collectives.
