The USC Trojans landed the No.1 ranked quarterback and player, according to On3’s transfer portal rankings, in this year’s class of transferring players in Caleb Williams. Williams left from the Oklahoma Sooners to join his coach there, Lincon Riley, at USC. And while much has changed for the 2021 All-American freshman, one this that hasn’t is his marketability. On Wednesday, while talking to the team over at ESPN, Williams spoke on marketability and building his brand.

“We’re going to do more, obviously. I still have two years left in college. Don’t really have exact dates for certain things or what’s next yet. Just got to school and got to actually be around my guys and go to school and focus on football and get ready for the season. There will be more,” said Williams.

At Oklahoma, Williams threw for 1,912 yards, 21 touchdowns, and four interceptions and rushed for 442 yards and six more scores in his only season with the Sooners. Williams will look to repeat or even best is output from last season in new home. Fortunately for the freshman phenom, he will have a familiar face in coach Riley calling the plays for him at USC. Their season is scheduled to begin on Saturday, Sept. 3, in a home debut, against Rice at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

Williams inks major NIL deal, joins men’s grooming company as part owner

Caleb Williams is adding a new title to his resume — investor. The newest member of the USC Trojans is throwing support behind Faculty, a modern grooming brand.

According to Obi Anyanwu of Beauty Inc, Williams is officially a part-owner of the brand. Additionally, the star quarterback will be featured in campaigns, collaborations, and revenue partnerships.

Faculty specializes in nail art, which Williams has been vocal in support of. The former Oklahoma quarterback began painting his nails after being inspired by his mother, who is a nail technician.

He’s even used nail art to get into his opponent’s heads, mocking the Texas Longhorns with a “Horns Down” image on his nails last season.
