The postseason began in the Volunteer State last week, and another jam-packed slate is on deck as teams continue their quests for a state title. Below are the top 25 Tennessee high school football teams, according to the Massey Ratings, as of Nov. 11.

1. Baylor School Red Raiders

The Red Raiders finished the regular season with a perfect 9-0 record, earning them a first-round bye in the Tennessee high school football Division II Class AAA playoffs. Baylor School will face Knoxville Catholic on November 14.

2. McCallie School Blue Tornados

The Blue Tornados started the Division II Class AAA playoffs with a 59-20 victory against Father Ryan. McCallie School scored 56 points in the first half and never looked back. Next on their schedule is a November 14 showdown against Briarcrest Christian.

3. Oakland Patriots

The Patriots remained perfect after defeating Cookeville in the opening round of the Tennessee high school football Division 1 Class 6A playoffs. Craig Tutt rushed for 144 yards and two touchdowns, while Justis Haggard added 113 rushing yards and three TDs. Meanwhile, Chevy Amour also scored a touchdown off an interception. Oakland will play Bradley Central on November 14.

4. Brentwood Academy Eagles

Despite close calls against Briarcrest Christian and Lipscomb Academy, the Eagles’ 9-0 regular season record earned them a first-round bye in the Division II Class AAA playoffs. Brentwood Academy will start the postseason against Montgomery Bell Academy on the 14th.

5. Ravenwood Raptors

The Raptors started the Tennessee high school football Division 1 Class 6A playoffs with a 35-14 win against Cane Ridge. Davis Dowland and Caden Pace scored rushing touchdowns, while Taylen Vaughn and Drew Parker each had a receiving TD. Ravenwood will face Houston on November 14.
