The last guy who played in UGAs face went to Nebraska right? How’d that work out for him? UGA will be UGA when it’s said and done. He will be on the schedule and likely end up with a L if he’s on the opposing side.

In reference to Vandy writers saying he was 100% done to them when the Lea extension gets signed fwiw..

Lea was always getting and signing an extension in my opinion considering the season Vandy was having. Still don't understand the narrative that it is a key cog for Curtis? Does the extension preclude Lea from going anywhere else in the next 2 years? I'm sure the buyout is high but so what? The right school will pony up if they want him badly enough. If relationships and coaching stability and being developed/winning are as important as they have been claimed to be throughout this process then there really isn't a decision to be made. The only way a decision is at hand is if he truly wants an easy road to playing time. In which case, I understand Vandy because competing and earning your spot is a hallmark and part of the DNA of Georgia under Kirby no matter who you are.

Just thinking out loud but this being announced on a Georgia game day is pretty interesting. If phones are gonna be worked in a situation like this to POTENTIALLY turn a worm for the Bulldogs, the staff is the most limited today

Well Vandy still going to go after portal QB, they can tell him he will start but really will they start a freshman QB? And why would 1 year matter, chance to start sophomore year at UGA is amazing

I’m more interested in the fact that another coach is off the board for hires. Some big name schools are going to get some unproven coaches.
