he’s been a co-oc or an oc for a very long time. i’m assuming he has enough knowledge of the position for it to work out

Idk how to feel about it. It’s a good add to the staff just from experience and system knowledge standpoint. Never coached the position. Maybe Des Lindsey will be the day to day guy teaching the WR’s technique and all that jazz. Would’ve liked someone with a track record of recruiting & developing some actual WR’s.

Somehow, someway, some people will find a way to hate on this hire. All offseason fans asked and begged for Lebby to hire guys with HC and OC experience. He went out and hired Hamdan, Johns, and now Montgomery. He added an actual experienced DC in Arnett. He added multiple assistant coaches to the assistant coaches. Dans wanted better recruiters and he went out and got Kevie and Warren. Lebby is taking a little longer than we may like but I like the growth that he is showing so far in his development.

I wouldn't put that on him. A lot of those players were infected with either the jab or the chinese engineered virus itself. I wouldn't let anyone in my family get vaccine, or as we called it in our house, The Kung Flu Shot. It definitely was messing with the players heads and caused them to escalate to fighting.

I love this. Another really experienced guy to add around Lebby.

That was my first instinct when I saw it, then after seeing he spend 13 years with Briles on his offensive staff….im gonna lean he knows what the WR’s need to be doing.
