List 3 better staffs. Just 3. we’ve got f’ing position coaches getting power 5 jobs. We have the top recruiting class in the hardest conference (without the best budget) and we retain our roster better than 99% of championship level programs Both coordinators have their names thrown around for high level jobs. OLB and DB coach are prob best recruiters We’ve had at any point under Nick and those positions are performing at absurd levels. All the asst are up and coming. I could go on and on but you won’t hear me

There are some schematic things on the offensive side that have to be questioned.

lol west coast softness. Kirby drug his Saban marinated nuts on us and exposed this team. Only reason we won the first game bc ty had a hot streak. He’s been off since that game and without a rushing attack, we are a garbage offense…..

Grubbs is elite? He’s proven to suck.

Kirby and his “Saban marinated nuts” is 1-2 against DeBoer. Lanning and his “Saban marinated nuts” is 0-3 against DeBoer. Sark and his “Saban marinated nuts” is 0-2 against DeBoer. Maybe it’s not “west coast softness” against these ultra-tough Saban assistants. Maybe we just had real player personnel issues that we are still trying to work out post-transition? Much easier to solve those by spending massive in the portal, but that doesn’t translate to long-term success very well. I’ve seen more than enough to be patient.

Sorry, who is trying to get Grubb? Besides maybe I heard Cal at one point and it was clear they were never that interested.

Our best players are Debo players not Saban guys. This team will look a lot different in year 3. Which will be its best under Debo

1 of DeBoer’s 9 HS signees along the OL has started so far in Michael Carroll as a true freshman. 0 of DeBoer’s 4 HS signees at QB have started so far. Could we have done better in the portal? Absolutely, but neither Saban or DeBoer have been to be reckless with spending in the portal, so it’s tough to rebuild OL/QB rooms considering those are very expensive positions.

Grubb has shown nothing this year that makes me think hes elite. Maybe he had success at Washington because he had an NFL caliber starting QB

No but this is a war zone. What Debo did with this team against this schedule is ridiculous. You seriously think this a is a title offense? Jam Miller at starting RB? Really? Ty? Cmon. Even Ryan Williams has looked bad. Lots of Roster issues to address this offseason imo
