3-star WR Daidren Zipperer decommits from Pitt
Lakeland (Fla.) three-star wide receiver Daidren Zipperer has decommitted from Pitt just one month after originally committing to the school.
“I want to thank everyone at the University of Pittsburgh for their time and effort of recruiting me. I am thankful for the relationships I have built with the coaches and players,” Zipperer said in a social media statement. “After long talks with my family, I’ve decided that it’s best for me to decommit from the University of Pittsburgh.”
Zipperer is the No. 1335 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $6.2k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
The 2023 Panthers recruiting class now has 18 commits.
