4-star DB Marvin Burks Jr. announces top 15 schools

St. Louis (Mo.) Cardinal Ritter College Prep four-star safety Marvin Burks Jr. announced his top 15 schools Thursday on social media.

Those schools are Arizona State, Arkansas, Florida, Louisville, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, USC and Wisconsin.

However, he also added that his recruitment is still open.

Burks is the No. 328 prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

In the 2023 On300 ranking, Burks is the No. 225 overall recruit in the country and No. 5 player from the state of Missouri.

Burks has an On3 NIL Valuation of $13.9k. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
