Kansas City (Mo.) North Kansas City four-star defensive lineman Edric Hill has named Alabama, LSU, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon and USC as his top six schools.

Hill is the No. 166 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

The 2023 On300 ranking has Hill as the No. 103 prospect in the country and the No. 3 recruit from the state of Missouri.

The two Missouri prospects ranked ahead of him are Kansas City (Mo.) North Kansas City five-star EDGE Adepoju Adebawore and St. Louis (Mo.) DeSmet four-star cornerback Christian Gray.

On3 RPM has Alabama as the favorite for Edric Hill

The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine gives Alabama the edge in the recruit for Edric Hill with a 35.4% chance.

LSU is in second at 18.9% followed by USC in third at 16.2%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Hill currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $8.7k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
