Conyers (Ga.) Eagle’s Landing Christian four-star interior offensive lineman DJ Chester has revealed his top six schools and commitment date. He will be announcing his decision on Nov. 3 and choosing between Auburn, Florida A&M, Florida State, LSU, Michigan and Ole Miss.

Chester is the No. 145 overall prospect and No. 11 interior offensive lineman in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 11 player in Georgia.

On3 rates Chester higher than other recruiting services, according to the Industry Comparison. Per the 2023 On300, he is the No. 131 overall prospect.

The 6-foot-5, 315-pound prospect is spending this weekend at Michigan on an official visit. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, LSU has a commanding lead for his commitment at 90.9%.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Chester has an On3 NIL Valuation of $109K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

DJ Chester On3 Scouting Summary

The following is the On3 Scouting Summary for DJ Chester:

“Big-bodied mauler who makes his presence known in the run game by blowing defenders off the ball and finishing them with tenacity. Raw power through his hips and plays with tremendous leverage. Threw an impressive 52-foot-9 in the shot put and 163-foot-3 in the discus during his junior track and field season. Does not possess ideal arm length in order to thrive at tackle in the NFL. Could be a swing tackle in college, but ideal fit is along the interior. One of the youngest offensive linemen in the 2023 recruiting cycle.”
