Greensboro (N.C.) Grimsley four-star lineman Jamaal Jarrett dropped his top 11 schools Friday.

They are Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, NC State, North Carolina, Penn State, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech and Washington.

He originally had released a top eight list earlier in the year, but took it down after he started receiving more interest from other schools.

All eight of the programs on that original list made the cut this time. The new additions are Alabama, Vanderbilt and Washington.

The Crimson Tide offered Jarrett earlier this month, and he told On3’s Jeremy Crabtree that Alabama are his dream offer.

“I’ve been watching Alabama since I was little,” Jamaal Jarrett said. “I’ve loved Alabama and their linemen. I loved Quinnen Williams. It’s crazy. I’ve just seen them win and win. There are movies based on them and everything. I’ve just always had a love for Alabama for all their success and everything that has happened.”

Jarrett is the No. 393 overall player in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He is receiving college interest as both a defensive and offensive lineman, although more teams view him on the defensive side of the ball.
