4-star wideout Ayden Greene down to 5 schools

Powell (Tenn.) wide receiver Ayden Greene is down to five schools, he announced Wednesday night.

Greene is the No. 391 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 57 wide receiver and the No. 10 junior prospect in the state of Tennessee.

Among his finalists are: Arkansas, Mississippi State, Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech, and Tennessee.

This past season, he caught 69 passes for 905 yards and eight touchdowns. According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, Virginia is the favored school to land Ayden Greene. The Hokies lead with a 58.5 percent chance to add his commitment.
