Five-star wide receiver and Oregon commit Jurrion Dickey will play his senior season of high school football at Atherton (Calif.) Menlo-Atherton, he announced Monday on social media.

He previously attended San Jose (Calif.) Valley Christian Schools. It was originally reported he would be transferring to Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei for his senior season last month, but that report proved to be untrue.

Dickey is the No. 23 overall recruit in the 2023 recruiting cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

On3 ranks him higher as the No. 15 prospect and No. 2 wide receiver in the 2023 On300 ranking.

“Dickey, who is a bit of a hybrid receiver/tight end at 6-foot-3 and 210-plus pounds, is only 16 years old,” On3 National Recruiting Analyst Sam Spiegelman said. “Dickey is a force in the passing game in the short, intermediate and deep passing game. His strong hands and big frame allow him to make plays in the middle of the field, yet he can make plays downfield as well. He creates physical mismatches routinely and has a rare combination of size, speed and athleticism.”

He currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $223k. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
