Arch Manning: Latest On3 RPM with 5-Star Plus+ 2023 quarterback
With Signing Day in the rearview mirror for the Class of 2022, the On3 football recruiting database has flipped to the 2023 class. With that in mind, it’s the perfect time to check in to see where the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine sits with the nation’s top junior recruits. This includes Five-Star Plus+ quarterback Arch Manning.

On3 Intel: Arch Manning’s recruitment is likely to go at least into the summer, possibly into the season.
Georgia, Alabama, Texas and Ole Miss are expected to get spring visits. But newcomers might emerge. Interestingly, both UGA and Bama saw their On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine forecast climb slightly. Last week, UGA was at 34.6%. Alabama was at 26.7%. Now they are at 36% and 29.5%.
One school that may be able to take advantage of the changes in the coaching carousel – which, like for many prospects, forced some re-evaluation in Arch Manning’s camp – is Florida.
“(Billy) Napier and his staff seem primed to make a strong push for Manning, sources tell On3,” On3’s Sam Spiegelman said. “His offensive-minded coaching style has been well-received by Manning and there are Louisiana ties on staff with Jabbar Juluke and Corey Raymond.”
Another school pushing to also get involved is local school LSU.
According to Spiegelman, new LSU coach Brian Kelly recruited Manning at Notre Dame and even had Zoom conversations with Manning, his family and Newman coach Nelson Stewart. Kelly is driving home “a new version of LSU” to the Mannings, a source told Spiegelman.
Arch Manning is special
Arch Manning is ranked as the No. 1 overall recruit in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
He is one of three 2023 Five-Star Plus+ recruits along with Los Alamitos (Calif.) quarterback Malachi Nelson and Lakeland (Fla.) Lake Gibson cornerback Cormani McClain.
Arch Manning currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $1.6 million, which ranks fifth in the On3 NIL 100. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
His On3 NIL Valuation is the highest among all high school football players, regardless of class.
