Monday was a good day for Lee’s Summit (Mo.) North football.

The program on Kansas City’s east side of the metro area first had Mizzou offensive line signee Armand Membou move up into the final On300 rankings.

Membou, who is 6-foot-3 and 306 pounds, is now ranked as the No. 294 player in the country, the 22nd best interior offensive lineman and the No. 8 overall player in the Show-Me State.

The four-star prospect signed with the Tigers during the early signing period. He also currently has an On3 NIL Valuation of $13,400. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

More good news at Lee’s Summit North

More good news for the program occurred later in the day on Monday when two of its top underclassmen picked up major scholarship offers.

Lee’s Summit North Class of 2024 defensive line prospect Williams Nwaneri landed new offers from Illinois and Vanderbilt on Monday. The 6-foot-4, 220-pound four-star prospect already had offers from Iowa, Iowa State and Kansas.

The new offers from Nwaneri came after Illinois assistant Kevin Kane was on campus for a visit. And the Vandy offer came from area native and linebacker coach John Egorugwu.

It’s still early in the process for Nwaneri, but the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine lists Iowa and Iowa State as the two teams to beat for his commitment.

Also making news at Lee’s Summit North on Monday was 2025 do-it-all athlete Isaiah Mozee.

Mozee already has a solid early offer list from Iowa, Missouri, Miami (Ohio), Minnesota and Kansas, but Illinois, Iowa State, and Wisconsin joined the offer list on Monday.

Like Nwaneri, the Illinois offer came from Kane, who played football at KU and is the area recruiter for the Illini. The Iowa State offer came from former Kansas City Rockhurst star quarterback and Iowa State assistant Nate Scheelhaase. The offer from the Badgers on Monday came from Wisconsin receivers coach Alvis Whitted.

As a freshman, Mozee racked up more than 500 yards of total offense and had seven touchdowns. His film is one of the more impressive of any underclassmen in Missouri.

Lee’s Summit North is also home to four-star 2023 offensive tackle prospect Cayden Green. Green was on an unofficial visit to Cincinnati this past weekend. He will be at Alabama this upcoming weekend and then Oklahoma on March 5. Green visited Cincinnati with 2023 cornerback Jamir Conn.
