Westfield, Indiana – While shortened, night one of the Under Armour Circuit Session 1 Live Period was not short of standout producers.

On3 was courtside with hundreds of college coaches to bring you the night 1 standouts from UAA Circuit Session 1 Live.

6-11 2023 JP Estrella (Middlesex Magic)

This was our first live viewing of JP Estrella, and, like always, you get a much better feel for what he does than you do on tape. Estrella is a big frame with good length and a strong base. He is very skilled in his understanding of angles and footwork. He battles around the basket for rebounds, high-pointing the ball in traffic. The jump shot is smooth and clean, and he steps into it confidently from behind the arc. While Estrella still needs strength, especially in his upper body, there is a lot to work with here, and it is obvious why P5 programs are prioritizing him. After his performance on UAA, look for the South Portland (ME) High post to be in the 150 conversation when we update.

Coaches: Estrella’s most recent offers came from Penn State, Marquette, and Xavier. Micah Shrewsberry and Shaka Smart were courtside along with coaches from Wake Forest, Virginia Tech, Notre Dame, Illinois, Butler, Pittsburgh, Iowa, and others.

6-6 2025 Efeosa Oliogu (Canada Elite)

It was truly remarkable, Efeosa Oliogu was two and three years younger than the players he was going against, but the high school freshman was the best player on the floor. Born in 2006, Oliogu has a physically developed frame, but he is also very skilled. Excellent in transition; the guard/wing has a shifty balance in the paint. Oliogu finished just shy of 20-points and was the game’s leading scorer. He will track as one of the top 2025 prospects in his class.

Coaches: The freshman already carries offers from Oregon, TCU, DePaul, Washington State, etc. UCLA and Utah were courtside watching.

6-3 2023 Elmarko Jackson (We R 1)

Elmarko Jackson’s 21 points were the leading total for the day in the games we saw at UAA. Jackson is a physically developed lead guard with long arms and a strong frame. What stands out immediately is the absolute speed he has. Jackson gets from zero to sixty quickly and beats his man to the spots with the ball. Where he has improved is his change of pace and his jump shot. The 6-foot-3 guard was 3 of 4 from beyond the arc in this game. The On3 Consensus No. 70 player in 2023 looked like the four-star we have him ranked.

Coaches: Michigan’s Phil Martelli was courtside. So were Cincinnati and VCU. He most recently visited VCU, Miami, and St. John’s, all unofficially.
