Four-star offensive tackle Elijah Pritchett of Columbus (Ga.) Carver has narrowed his list to four schools – Florida State, Alabama, USC, and Georgia. The 6-foot-7, 295-pounder holds a total of 35 offers. This summer, Pritchett only visited these four schools and spoke with On3 about each of his finalists.

Elijah Pritchett on Florida State

“Florida State is a great school,” Elijah Pritchett said. “Coach (Alex) Atkins has been coaching me up for years now, and it is a great family environment.”

Elijah Pritchett on Alabama

“I have a really strong connection between the coaches, players, etc.,” Elijah Pritchett said. “The offensive line coach, Doug Marrone has definitely played a very important role in me deciding where I will attend college for the next 3-4 years. That dude is amazing!”

Pritchett on USC

“Over the months, USC has displayed multiple things that they are doing to better themselves as a team and I love it,” Pritchett said. “Also, you just have to love the city. The Los Angeles vibe is unreal and it fits my personality.”

Pritchett on Georgia

“Being born and raised in Georgia has always made them a top team for me,” Pritchett said. “Most importantly, they treat me like I’m already a member of the team, and that’s love.”

Pritchett is ranked as the No.12 offensive tackle in the On300 2022 rankings and is committed to playing in the All-American Bowl this January in San Antonio, Texas.
