On3 will be updating its 2023 rankings on Monday. Here are a few players who did a lot this summer to raise their profiles for this update.

Four-star PG Elmarko Jackson

Previous Ranking: 61
High School: South Kent (CT) School
Status: Over 25 offers with no narrowed list or reported official visits

Elmarko Jackson is a strong-framed, 6-foot-3 point guard. This summer, with the We R 1 program on the UAA Circuit, he answered a lot of questions about ball control and shooting. He averaged 15.4-points, 4.6-rebounds, and 3.9-assists per game. He also shot 35.7-percent from three on 3.5-attempts per game this summer.

Four-star F TJ Power

Previous Ranking: 88
High School: Worcester (MA) Academy
Status: Official visits to Virginia, Iowa, Duke, North Carolina, and Notre Dame

July hit, and TJ Power simply turned into a new player; well, perhaps we should call him a new version of the same player. The 6-foot-7 Power has always had the toughness and court vision. He is an excellent passer, left hand, right hand, off the bounce, etc. Something clicked in EYBL – Kansas City, where he exploded for 23.6-points per game while shooting 43.7-percent from three.

His aggressiveness in looking for his own offense makes Power an entirely new player. That carried over to Peach Jam, in front of dozens of NBA scouts and a who’s who of college coaches. Power averaged 15.0-points, 9.0-rebounds, and 4.9-assists on 2.3-threes made per game.

Four-star PG Caleb Foster

Previous Ranking: 38
High School: Sherman Oaks (CA) Notre Dame
Status: Committed to Duke

What a wild ride the last 12 months have been for Caleb Foster. The 6-foot-4 point guard was up and down – to put it mildly – during the high school season. However, his travel ball play with Team Thad was nothing less than stellar.

During Peach Jam, Foster averaged 25.2-points and 4.7-assists per game while shooting 44.4-percent from three. It looks like Foster got his confidence back.

Four-star Devin Williams

Previous Ranking: 36
High School: Corona (CA) Centennial
Status: Reported Top 5 – UCLA, So Cal, Texas Tech, UNLV, Arizona

Devin Williams continues to rise in the rankings because of how he moves. On the floor, we see he continues to improve and get better; he is putting up more consistent stats. He is also knocking down threes consistently. However, at 6-foot-10/6-foot-11, he runs and jumps like a wing. These types of players typically do well as they progress in their basketball careers.
