Four-star running back Treyaun Webb of Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian has narrowed his list to five schools- Florida, Baylor, Tennessee, Penn State, and South Carolina.

The 6-foot-1, 188 pounder is ranked as the No. 155 player in the 2023 class according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting services. Webb also ranks as the No. 5 running back in the nation, and the No. 31 player in Florida.

Webb went in depth on each of the finalists.

Florida

“Florida is the hometown team,” Webb said. “They have a great staff and I have former teammates there. Why not Florida?”

Baylor

“Baylor is a new team in the Big 12 making noise and they play smash mouth football.”

Tennessee

“Tennessee is building something special,” Webb said. “They are putting together a great 2023 class to go win a national championship.”

Penn State

“Penn State has been recruiting me since I was in 8th grade,” Webb said. “Coach Franklin is an amazing man and the atmosphere is great. I could see myself being comfortable there.”

South Carolina

“South Carolina is a great team and has a great atmosphere,” Webb said “Can go up there and make a difference early, and they have a great staff who cares about their players.”
