Four-star wide receiver Rico Flores Jr. of Folsom (Calif.) High has narrowed his schools to three choices— Georgia, Ohio State, and Notre Dame.
The 6-foot-1, 190 pounder will announce his commitment on July 3rd.
Flores went in depth with On3 on his finalists.
“The environment the university is in and what it as a whole has to offer stands out,” Flores said. “Also the staff is amazing, and on top of that me and coach BMac already have a great relationship.”
“Ohio State makes me feel like family there,” Flores said. “All around the offensive staff and what they’ve produced throughout the years and the university is great with what they offer as well.”
“Academics and football are very high there too,” Flores said. “On top of that, the coaching staff is amazing, and are in contact with me and my family a couple times a week.”
Rico Flores Jr. ranks as the No. 233 Player in the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average of all four major recruiting services. He also tabs in at the No. 35 wide receiver, and the fifteenth-best player in California.
The Golden State wide receiver is currently committed to play in the 2023 All-American Bowl in San Antonio, Texas.
