Los Alamitos (Calif.) four-star cornerback Jett White is one of the top sophomores in the country. He has a busy few days coming up in the Lone Star State.

White will be at Texas A&M on March 24, Texas on March 25 and TCU on March 26. On3’s Chad Simmons reported the news.

The 6-foot-1.5, 165-pound defensive back was previously committed to USC. He has recently earned offers from Florida State and Ohio State.

“I had been talking with my dad about the decision to decommit for about a month before I did it,” White told On3’s Chad Simmons on Jan. 12. “We just thought it was best for me to open back up, take visits without being committed to a school and see what happens. I still have love for USC and they are still on my list.”

“I am just going to take visits and take my time now,” he added. “I committed very early, so I rushed it a little. This time will be different. I will take more time, see what coaches want me and just see how I feel about different schools.”

“I am wide open,” White also shared. “I want to see who wants me. Every visit is important because I get to spend time around the coaches. This will be a big year for me.”

White received an offer from the Buckeyes during a visit to Columbus.

“I didn’t even know (Tim Walton) was going to offer me, but I was excited,” White recently told Matt Parker of Lettermen Row. “He took me into his office and we watched some film, broke it down and he told me how he coaches players and he doesn’t play around, but he likes to have fun too.”

In addition to Ohio State, White is looking into multiple programs. He broke down his interest in Penn StateGeorgia and Oregon with Simmons.

Georgia: “I was at Georgia last year and it was live. They are a great program with great players, so I definitely want to get back to Georgia.”

Oregon: “Oregon impressed me a lot. I have been talking a lot with coach Meat (Demetrice Martin) and he has shown a lot of love. They are doing great things up there, so I will be back.”

Penn State: “I feel the same about Penn State. When I saw them play Penn State, it was great. Coach (Terry) Smith talks to me and I am building a good relationship with him.”

TCU, Texas and Texas A&M do not currently have any cornerback commits. Meanwhile, the Aggies have four total pledges, the Longhorns two and TCU none.
