Charlestown (Ind.) five-star offensive tackle and Kentucky commit Kiyaunta Goodwin will be choosing between the Wildcats and Michigan State for his final college decision.

He had gone on visits to both teams, as well as Alabama, Florida State, Michigan, and Texas A&M, during the fall season.

“I know I have a lot to go over and a lot to think about, but I am ready,” Goodwin told On3’s Chad Simmons earlier this week. “All the schools are great, the coaches have been great, so now is it time to figure out what is best for me.”

Goodwin has been very honest the Kentucky throughout his process about visiting other schools, and the Wildcats have allowed him to do what is best for him to make a decision.

“They have been great,” Kiyaunta Goodwin told Simmons. “All the coaches are great people, I have some really good relationships with the coaches at Kentucky, and it feels like home when I am there.”

Kiyaunta Goodwin is the No. 18 prospect in the 2022 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

He is also the second-best offensive tackle in the country and top player from the state of Indiana.

He told Simmons that he has developed a great relationship with the Spartans staff.

“I have really gotten close to the coaches at Michigan State,” Kiyaunta Goodwin said. “I have a great relationship with coach Mel Tucker and coach (Chris Kapilovic). We just have that trust.
