LeBron James son Bryce James reported on his Instagram that he received his first college offer, Duquesne, yesterday.

James played up with the Strive for Greatness’ 16u program on Nike’s EYBL Circuit this summer. Bryce will be teammates with his older brother Bronny James this season at Chatsworth (CA) Sierra Canyon School.

Duquesne has deep ties with the James family. Head Coach Keith Dambrot was LeBron’s high school coach at St. Vincent’s St. Mary’s. LeBron’s former high school teammate, Dru Joyce, III, is the Associate Head Coach at Duquesne, a title he earned in early May.

James is a class of 2025 guard who was listed at 6-foot-2 on the Strive for Greatness 16u roster.

Bryce James scouting report

Bryce James is the son of LeBron James. Just 15 right now, he has long arms and a projectable frame – a frame you can see continuing to stretch out and add weight too. James has started to come into his own as a player over the last six months, and we have been able to see what he can become. More of a wing than his older brother Bronny, Bryce has a smooth shooting stroke and nice length. He is getting comfortable playing off two dribbles, and he moves fluidly for a wing. Still developing, still getting stronger, and continue taking 3-month snapshots as he comes into his own.
