Zeb Jackson, a former Michigan guard, has committed to VCU, he tells On3.

“I chose VCU because I’ve been able to create a good relationship with the coaches and some of the players and I feel it’s a good fit all around on and off the court,” Jackson said. “I also know the energy that surrounds VCU basketball is amazing and I’m excited to be a Ram!”

Jackson, a former four-star recruit, could never find consistent playing time at Michigan and entered the transfer portal in late January after spending the last two seasons in Ann Arbor.

Previously considered a top-100 prospect, Jackson chose the Wolverines over offers from Michigan State, Illinois, Ohio State, Virginia, and others.
