Multiple head coaches in for fast-rising '24 Rakease Passmore
Rakease Passmore has been a hot name, across the country, over the past couple of months. College coaches continue to stop by Lincolnton (NC) Combine Academy to get a glimpse of the 6-foot-5 wing.
Virginia’s Tony Bennett and Southern California’s Andy Enfield were joined by assistant coaches from Creighton and Iowa in the gym today.
Monday had Virginia Tech’s Mike Young and Wake Forest’s Steve Forbes. This weekend Louisville, Tennessee, and Georgia Tech came through. Yesterday On3 reported Houston’s Kelvin Sampson, Oregon’s Dana Altman, NC State’s Kevin Keatts, and an assistant from Clemson for Passmore.
Passmore carries over 20 offers, most recently from Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech this week.
Rakease Passmore is ranked 65th nationally in his class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the No. 17 small forward and the No. 9 player in the state of North Carolina.
