More on Florida State vs. NC State

The Seminoles will be looking to bounce back from some recent bad luck, losing their last game by one point to the conference’s top team Clemson and suffering a 23-point, blowout loss to Miami prior to that. Florida State will definitely need a big game out of their leader in scoring and rebounding Matthew Cleveland, who is averaging 14.2 points and 7.8 rebounds per game and on a streak of 15 straight games scoring in double figures. Sharp shooter Darin Green Jr. could also be a big offensive catalyst, averaging the ACC’s second best three-pointers per game mark with three a game, fresh off of making four three’s in their loss against Clemson.

NC State on the other hand has become one of the hottest team’s in the conference, winning six of their last seven games. The Wolfpack have been led by the ACC’s leading scorer Terquavion Smith, who not only averages 18.5 points per game, but leads the team in assists and steals. Smith may be the star of the show for NC State, but center DJ Burns Jr. stole the show in their last game versus Notre Dame, scoring a career high 31 points on 53.8% shooting.
