The postseason fight is already on for many teams across college baseball. Just two weeks are left on the regular season schedule, and conference tournaments will then follow. With just a few games left in the regular season, there is still a lot to play for across the country with many college baseball teams still vying to solidify their case for the upcoming NCAA Tournament.

31 teams will receive automatic bids to the NCAA Tournament, and those bids will be handed out to the teams that win their conference tournaments. The remaining 33 spots in the NCAA Tournament field will be given to teams as an at-large bid.

The NCAA baseball tournament will begin in regionals, with four teams playing at 16 different regional host sites. One team will come out of each regional, advancing to the super regional round. The winner of each super regional will advance to Omaha, with a chance to win the College World Series.

The 16 hosts are far from being set in stone in the NCAA Tournament field, and what happens across college baseball over the next two weeks could drastically impact that picture.

The projected NCAA baseball tournament field from D1Baseball was released on Wednesday afternoon.
