With less than a month remaining until Overtime’s new 7-on-7 league OT7 begins play in Las Vegas, the league has released the rosters for 16 of its 18 teams.

Three five-star quarterbacks headline the star-studded rosters: USC commit Malachi Nelson, Tennessee commit Nico Iamaleava and Dante Moore.

All three are ranked in the top 10 of the 2023 On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

Nelson is leading SFE with the most blue chippers, which Overtime has labeled the favorite for the competition.

Nelson will have a plethora of top tier wide receivers at his disposal, including three of the top six wideouts in the 2023 On3 Consensus — five-star Carnell Tate, five-star Brandon Inniss and four-star Makai Lemon — and two of the top three wideouts in the 2024 On3 Consensus — five-star Joshisa Trader and four-star Jeremiah Smith.

Five-star cornerback Cormani McClain leads the SFE defense, meaning the team has two of the three Five-Star Plus+ prospects in the country.

Iamaleava is leading Team Toa, whose roster has not yet been released, while Moore is quarterbacking Cam Newton’s team C1N.

Five of the top six recruits in the 2024 On3 Consensus will also be competing in the event, including five-star cornerback Desmond Ricks and five-star safety KJ Bolden. Jadyn Davis and DJ Lagway are the top two quarterbacks playing in the event.

In total, half of the top 20 prospects in the 2024 On3 Consensus will be playing in the event.
