The latest edition of the 2023 On300 ranking dropped Monday, featuring 10 five-star recruits.

Some of the nation’s top recruits have committed but several more have yet to make their decisions or announce their top schools. With the help of the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, we’ll break down the recruitments of the nation’s top 20 uncommitted prospects.

5-star EDGE Dylan Stewart
On300 Ranking: No. 1
School: Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate Academy
On3 RPMSouth Carolina 29.9%, Maryland 10.8%, Penn State 9.2%
On3 NIL Valuation$115K
The Skinny: On3 named Stewart its top 2024 prospect and he should have a busy spring in front of him after only visiting Georgia in January. Stewart will be at Alabama in early March and in Ann Arbor later in the month. It could be some time before Stewart make a final decision.

5-star DL Williams Nwaneri
On300 Ranking: No. 2
School: Lees Summit (Mo.) Lee’s Summit North
On3 RPM: Missouri 24.1%, Kansas 12.8%, Nebraska 11%, Oklahoma 9.1%, Oregon 9.1%
On3 NIL Valuation$160K
The Skinny: Nwaneri kicked off the new year by taking visits to Tennessee, Oregon and Missouri. Once the dead period ends, business will pick back up for Nwaneri as he will visit Oklahoma on March 4 and Nebraska on March 25. The visit to Oklahoma will be the third for Nwaneri who last visited Norman last September. The same can be said for Nebraska as Nwaneri’s last trip to Lincoln was on Sept. 17.

5-star EDGE Colin Simmons
On300 Ranking: No. 5
School: Duncanville (Texas)
On3 RPM: LSU 54.0%, Texas 24.5%
On3 NIL Valuation$203K
The Skinny: Pulling Simmons out of Texas would be a major win for Brian Kelly and co. Right now the Tigers appear to be in a great position to land him as he’s taken multiple visits to Baton Rouge over the last year and he has stated that he wants to play in the SEC. Texas joining the SEC could help the Longhorns’ case but it appears that LSU currently has the upper hand in his recruitment by a large margin.

5-star QB Dylan Raiola
On300 Ranking: No. 6
School: Phoenix (Ariz.) Pinnacle
On3 RPM: Georgia 32.3%, Nebraska 28%, USC 23.6%, Ohio State 13.9%
On3 NIL Valuation$417K
The Skinny: The battle for the nation’s No. 1 quarterback appears to be down to three schools. Raiola took visits to both Georgia and USC in January walking away from each in good standings with both schools. He’s set to return to Georgia on March 18. Raiola also showed up in Lincoln recently as he attended the Nebraska men’s basketball game against Minnesota and received a standing ovation from the crowd.

5-star DL Justin Scott
On300 Ranking: No. 7
School: Chicago (Ill.) St. Ignatius
On3 RPM: Notre Dame 80.4%, Georgia 13.3%
On3 NIL Valuation$124K
The Skinny: Scott was supposed to visit Notre Dame in January but was unable to make either trip. He was also set to commit at the end of the month but decided to postpone that decision. He will likely take two or three visits in March but nothing has been set yet. A March 4 visit to Alabama is being discussed and he may also try to visit Texas sometime soon. Scott has two officials set as he’ll be visiting Georgia April 14-16 and Miami June 9-11.

5-star WR Micah Hudson
On300 Ranking
: No. 8
School: Temple (Texas) Lake Belton
On3 RPM: Texas 34.0%, Texas Tech 26.5%, Texas A&M 17.1%
On3 NIL Valuation$176K
The Skinny: On3’s Chad Simmons reported that schools like Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State and Tennessee could all be in the mix for Hudson, but in-state schools will likely be battling it out for him. He visited Texas in January and will be back on campus at Texas Tech on March 4.

5-star OT Jonathan Daniels
On300 Ranking: No. 9
School: Pensacola (Fla.) Pine Forest
On3 RPM: Florida State 31.9%, Florida 24.0%, Miami 17.2%
On3 NIL Valuation$47K
The Skinny: Florida State is the school Daniels may be the most familiar with as he’s visited Tallahassee six times already and will visit again on March 10. In-state schools like Florida and Miami are also in the mix as are Auburn, Georgia, LSUMississippi State and South Carolina.

5-star S KJ Bolden
On300 Ranking: No. 10
School: Buford (Ga.)
On3 RPM: Georgia 27.8%, Ohio State 17.9%, Clemson 13.9%, Alabama 9.3%
On3 NIL Valuation$234K
The Skinny: The only school that Bolden has locked an official visit in with so far is Ohio State the weekend of June 16. On3’s Chad Simmons reported that while they’re not locked in yet, Clemson could very likely lock in an official with Bolden the first weekend of June while Georgia could get one of his another officials sometime that month.

4-star CB Aaron Scott
On300 Ranking: No. 11
School: Springfield (Ohio)
On3 RPM: Ohio State 96.9%
On3 NIL Valuation$57K
The Skinny: Michigan and Ohio State seem to be a tug-of-war for Scott and right now, the Buckeyes are the presumed favorites. He’s visited Ohio State more than any other school with the last coming on Nov. 26.

4-star WR Mylan Graham
On300 Ranking: No. 12
School: New Haven (Ind.)
On3 RPMOhio State 90.7%

On300 Ranking: No. 14
School: Lafayette (La.) Acadiana
On3 RPMLSU 27.4%, Texas 24%, Oklahoma 20.6%
On3 NIL Valuation$47K
The Skinny: LSU may be considered the team to beat for McKinley but several of the nation’s top programs won’t make it easy for the Tigers. 4-star CB Kobe Black
On300 Ranking: No. 17
School: Waco (Texas) Connally
On3 RPMOklahoma State 30.8%, Texas A&M 21.6%, Texas 18.6%

4-star EDGE Eddrick Houston
On300 Ranking: No. 18
School: Buford (Ga.)
On3 RPMGeorgia 31%, Alabama 16.5%
