Pasadena (Calif.) four-star wide receiver Mekhi Fox is decommitting from UCLA, his local school.

After much thought and consideration, I have decided to decommit from UCLA,” Fox tweeted Tuesday night. “I want to thank the coaches, staff, and fans for all of their support.”

The On3 Consensus – a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies – has Fox as the No. 369 overall player in the country, the No. 54 wide receiver in the nation and No. 26 player from the state of California.

He is rated even higher in the 2022 On300, where he is the No. 245 prospect in the nation and No. 17 player from the state of California.

Fox went on a visit this past weekend to Colorado State.
