Rivalry Week featured no shortage of incredible football across the Southeastern Conference, and on Monday, the league rewarded another round of excellent performers with Player of the Week honors from last weekend’s action.

The league was certainly fairly liberal in handing out awards this time around, as nine players and five different teams are represented. So take a look at the SEC’s best from the final week of the regular season.

Recap

Texas A&M wins the week with three guys represented on the Player of the Week honors. Finally, something to smile about in Aggieland. Jimbo Fisher may not have a bowl game to boast in the homes of recruits during this coming recruiting cycle, but at least he can point to a trio of award-winners in the final week of the regular season, where A&M spoiled LSU’s outside shot at a College Football Playoff spot by dropping them to 9-3 on the year.

Elsewhere, Tennessee was rewarded for its beatdown of Vanderbilt that allowed them to test run some young and dynamic pieces on offense. South Carolina also collected a couple Player of the Week honors, as should be expected after the Gamecocks took down Playoff hopeful Clemson to end their ridiculous home winning streak.
