The On3 Impact 300 ranks the best players in college football entering the 2022 season, with a full release coming in the next few weeks. Prior to the release of the inaugural list – which also factors into the calculation of the On3 NIL Valuation – On3 has revealed the Top 5 quarterbacks in the SEC.

Alabama star Bryce Young tops the list after helping the Crimson Tide reach the national championship game in his first season as the starter. He was exceptional, accounting for 50 touchdowns in 2021.

These are the Top 5 SEC quarterbacks with less than three months until the 2022 season kicks off.

Top 5 SEC quarterbacks in the Impact 300

1. Bryce Young, Alabama

If there were any questions about whether Young could successfully fill the rather large shoes left by departed starter Mac Jones in 2021, Young answered them in a hurry. He was terrific under pressure, in particular, keeping the Alabama offense humming right along.

Young finished the season 366 of 547 passing for 4,872 yards and 47 touchdowns, against just seven interceptions. He also added three rushing touchdowns. A former five-star prospect, Young checks in at No. 2 on the NIL 100 ranking, with his current valuation estimated at $3.1 million.

2. Spencer Rattler, South Carolina

Rattler was one of the 2021 preseason Heisman Trophy favorites but things went sideways for him early in the season. With Oklahoma’s offense struggling a bit, he lost his starting job to Caleb Williams and mostly watched from the sidelines the rest of the way.

Following Lincoln Riley’s departure to USC, Rattler hit the transfer portal to seek a fresh start. Now in South Carolina, he’ll give the Gamecocks an elite talent who passed for more than 3,000 yards and 28 touchdowns in 2020. His current NIL valuation? It stands at $2.0 million.

3. Will Levis, Kentucky

After transferring from Penn State prior to 2021, Levis was a revelation for the Wildcats last season. He finished his first season with the ‘Cats 233 of 353 passing for 2,826 yards and 24 touchdowns, though he also threw 13 interceptions.

If Levis can elevate his game another notch in 2022, Kentucky could be a contender in the SEC East. Levis has certainly capitalized on his transfer, though. He currently commands an NIL valuation of $564,000.

4. KJ Jefferson, Arkansas

Jefferson took over as the full-time starter for the Razorbacks last fall and helped lead a remarkable turnaround in Year 2 for head coach Sam Pittman. Jefferson was a dual-threat quarterback who did plenty of damage with his legs, giving the Hogs an extra dimension offensively.

He finished the year 198 of 294 passing for 2,676 yards and 21 touchdowns while throwing just four interceptions. He also added 146 carries for 664 yards and six touchdowns.

5. Jaxson Dart, Ole Miss

Dart transferred to Ole Miss this offseason after one season at USC. He started three games but dealt with a meniscus injury that limited him. Still, the potential the former Top 50 national recruit had was clear, starting with his first appearance against Washington State, a 391-yard, four-touchdown day for Dart.

He will be tasked with replacing the considerable production of Matt Corral, who was quite good for the Rebels. Dart currently carries an NIL valuation of $367,000.
