Under Armour Circuit Coaches Watch

On3 MVP: Four-star SG Efeosa Oliogu – Canada Elite

He brings it. Efeosa Oliogu simply brings it each time out. He came into the event as the No. 11 player in the 2025 On3 75 and played up to expectations. The 6-foot-4 wing plays high above the rim. He attacks the basket with a purpose in transition and in the half-court.

Today, he made a few threes too, which elevates his game to another level. The shot is still somewhat of a set shot; however, the makes adds a new dynamic to his repertoire. He is a good defender, strong and with good feet and a nice length. He competes, he chases rebounds, and he is able to blitz the paint in the half-court.

Kansas, Oregon, Florida, Washington State, Stanford, Illinois, and Seton Hall were among the programs sitting baseline for Oliogu’s games.

2. Three-star SF Andrew Crawford – KC Run GMC

Andrew Crawford made a lot of plays consistently each time he was on the floor. The forward has good length on his 6-foot-7 frame. The Highlands Reserve (CO) Thunderridge High junior was good in the passing lanes. He moved his feet well on the defensive end and anticipated cleanly when shooting the gaps.

Offensively, he is more of a tweener, being solid with all the tools across the board. The jump shot was clean and confident off the catch; he knocked down multiple in crucial moments. He handled the ball well as a secondary guy in the half-court, and he straight-line drove the rim, drawing contact multiple times. Overall, it was a productive and consistent output.

Oregon, Colorado, and Seton Hall were among the schools watching.

3. Four-star SG Shon Abaev – SOH Elite

Through the first two days of the Under Armour Circuit live period, it has been the Shon Abaev show. Listed at 6-foot-7, it has been impressive how the wing has been able to get to his spots off the bounce regularly. While the ball can stall a bit in his hands, his ability to create space and make shots has been better than any player in the event.

Abaev has great length and a basketball player’s frame. The confidence always runs high with him as he can pull up for a jumper or dunk on a late rotating big. He has continued to set off fireworks, and the contingent of coaches continues to grow.

4. Three-star PF Matthew Gilhool – Philly Pride

Watching Matthew Gilhool you cannot help but immediately see the long-term upside. The Westtown (FL) School power forward has excellent hand-eye coordination and moves in an extremely fluid manner with good pop.

While he is not a finished product, you see the clear trajectory he is on. The game is starting to tighten, and the confidence is starting to develop. He can stretch the floor, extending it out to the three-point line off the catch. Gilhool showed at Under Armour that he is a good passer and has good hands.

Gonzaga, Florida, Washington State, Marquette, and Illinois were among the schools watching.

5. Four-star PG Tyler Jackson – Team Thrill 16u

Tyler Jackson plays with a fire, something that combines confidence and competitiveness. He has long arms, great length, and a quick-twitch body. In the high school year with Baltimore (MD) St. Frances, you saw a lot of shooting from him. He got to his spots, got downhill, and would look toward the rim.

In this setting, playing on the ball, Jackson did a good job getting into the paint and making plays. He is a good athlete with a nice burst, and he is skilled. He consistently was able to make plays in the Under Armour Circuit, and that part was interesting.

Other standouts

*2023 SF Justin Johnson (SOH Elite) plays with such burst and explosion. He aggressively attacks the rim and has no problem absorbing contact.

2024 SF Sir Mohammed (Team Curry) has an intriguing court vision. He has made multiple passes, both off the live dribble and in the pick-and-roll.

*2024 SG Vyctorius Miller (West Coast Elite) plays with a lot of confidence. He is good off the bounce, attacking his spots in the half-court and rising up to shoot it.

*2024 SF Tyrone Riley (West Coast Elite) makes a lot of plays. The lefty has good length in the passing lanes and does a good job scoring it efficiently.

*2024 SF Rob Dockery (Team Thrill) is an excellent passer. In the half-court, you are able to initiate from the wing or on the ball. The Texas A&M signee understands angles and timing.

*2025 PG Chance Mallory (Team Thrill 17u) is a good shooter; he has a quick release and deep range. He showed a quick dribble today that got him to his spots, rather it be downhill or in the mid-range.

*2024 C Ayden Evans (Grand Park Premier) has good size with nice length; it’s immediately noticeable. He is still a flashes guy, but he slide his feet well on switches and grabbed some tough traffic rebounds.

*2024 PG Ty Davis (Pro One) plays with a lot of confidence. He was best on the ball and used pace and craft to touch the paint regularly when he made the right reads and plays.

*2024 SG Cole Certa (Illinois Wolves) is a shooter and one who lets it go with a lot of confidence. He did a good job today of getting to his spots off the bounce.

*2024 Ethan Lathan (SOH Elite) has natural timing around the basket. He moves with a fluidity and uses length to effect plays around the rim routinely.

*2025 G TJ Stuttley (Wisconsin Playground 16u) has intriguing positional versatility. He has scored well off the ball here but also made a lot of plays as the primary initiator.
