National Signing Day has officially come and gone. While several of the top recruits signed during the Early Signing Period in December, several more recruits waited until National Signing Day to commit or make it official.

Here is the 2023 Big 12 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings, as of Wednesday at 8 a.m., including the four programs joining in the future.

Top Commit: New Orleans Isidore Newman quarterback Arch Manning, No. 1 in On3 Consensus
Summary: The moment that Manning committed to the Longhorns, they secured themselves one of the top classes in the country. That class only got better with the commitments of three more five-star recruits in linebacker Anthony Hill, running back Cedric Baxter Jr. and wide receiver Johntay Cook II. Steve Sarkisian secured a massive win with this recruiting cycle.

Top Commit: Denton (Texas) Guyer quarterback Jackson Arnold, No. 8 in On3 Consensus
Summary: Sooners fans should be excited about having the Gatorade Player of the Year in Arnold headed to Norman. 0 five-stars | 4 four-stars | 22 three-stars | 26 total recruits

0 five-stars | 0 four-stars | 19 three-stars | 21 total recruits
Top Commit: Gretna (Neb.) quarterback Zane Flores, No. 461 in On3 Consensus

Top Commit: Eudora (Kan.) tight end Jaden Hamm, No. 543 in On3 Consensus
