The college baseball conference championships have ended and 64 teams are preparing to play in the NCAA Baseball Tournament. As the final bracket of the season is set to begin, D1Baseball has released their updated Top 25 rankings with some major shakeups from the teams that shined or fell flat during their conference tournaments.

Once again and for the final time, Tennessee holds the number one spot after winning the SEC title. Right behind them, Stanford and Oregon State jumped over Virginia Tech as the top four remained largely intact. Both East Carolina and North Carolina jumped way up the rankings, along with Oklahoma, after all three won their respective conference titles.

The conference tournaments helped paint a final picture of which teams are expected to perform as the NCAA Baseball Tournament begins — reinforcing the case for favorites and throwing question marks on teams that exited early.
