There’s a new favorite in the Heisman odds race. After an update following Week 4 of college football, Ole Miss quarterback Matt Corral now has the best Heisman odds of any player in the nation.

Moreover, Corral has overtaken Alabama quarterback Bryce Young as the favorite, according to Vegas Insider. However, the two quarterbacks have pulled away — third place J.T. Daniels is miles back according to odds makers.

Elsewhere, players who weren’t on the Heisman radar to start the season have climbed up the list. However, just how far can they climb?

Updated Heisman odds following Week 4 of college football, per Vegas Insider:

The Favorites:

QB Matt Corral, Ole Miss Rebels (+150)

QB Bryce Young, Alabama Crimson Tide (+300)

QB J.T. Daniels, Georgia Bulldogs (+1700)

QB Spencer Rattler, Oklahoma Sooners (+2100)

QB Desmond Ridder, Cincinnati Bearcats (+2600)

RB C.J. Verdell, Oregon Ducks (+2600)

RB TreVeyon Henderson, Ohio State Buckeyes (+3000)

The Longshots

QB Anthony Brown, Jr., Oregon Ducks (+5000)

RB Bijan Robinson, Texas Longhorns (+5000)

QB Malik Willis, Liberty Flames (+5000)

QB C.J. Stroud, Ohio State Buckeyes (+5500)

QB Casey Thompson, Texas Longhorns (+8000)

QB Jack Coan, Notre Dame Fighting Irish (+8000)

QB Sam Howell, North Carolina Tar Heels (+8500)

RB Kenneth Walker III, Michigan State Spartans (+8500)

As you can see, Corral and Young have separated themselves from the rest of the pack. Additionally, the two quarterbacks face-off this weekend, as Ole Miss travels to Tuscaloosa to take on Alabama.

Whoever wins that game can continue to separate themselves from the pack. Whether it’s Corral strengthening his lead, or Young re-taking it.

Additionally, TreVeyon Henderson is a notable addition to the Heisman odds list. After not even being his team’s starting running back to begin the year, Henderson’s been impossible to take off the field.

If he can continue to carry Ohio State’s offense, Henderson will continue to jump up the list. Still, he has a long way to go if he wants to win the Heisman Trophy.
