Arlington (Texas) Martin four-star safety Javien Toviano is taking in some college football this weekend. He posted Saturday night that he is attending the ArkansasTexas A&M game at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.

Toviano is the No. 35 overall prospect and No. 5 safety in the 2023 cycle, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is also the No. 6 player in Texas.

Both the Aggies and Razorbacks have extended offers to the the 6-foot-0, 185 pound defensive back. But while Toviano has made multiple unofficial visits to Texas A&M, he has yet to travel to Fayetteville.

Toviano told On3’s Sam Spiegelman that he has an idea of his top choice. The Lone Star State native added that he could commit “any day.”

“In my mind, I know where I wanna be,” Toviano said. “I definitely wanna go out and see more college games and such. I think where I wanna be, it’s just a matter of time … Just feeling everything out for the last little bit and enjoying it.”

According to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine, LSU has a commanding lead for his commitment at 90.3%. He was recently in Baton Rouge for an unofficial visit on Sept. 10.

RPM was released to the public in December. The On3 engineering group teamed up with Spiny.ai to create the industry’s first algorithm and machine learning-based product to predict where athletes will attend college.

It factors in machine learning, social sentiment, visits and historical trends. However, expert predictions are still a big piece of the RPM equation.

Toviano has an On3 NIL Valuation of $181K. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Javien Toviano On3 Scouting Summary

The following is the On3 Scouting Summary for Javien Toviano:

“On3 Consensus top-35 overall player Javien Toviano was masterful in a showdown where he was tasked partly with trying to contain one of Texas’ most dynamic athletes across from in Mikal Harrison-Pilot. Toviano’s pick-six in the first half was a turning point early for Martin. After recognizing the play, the instinctive defensive back stepped into the passing lane and propelled into the paint for the touchdown. His size (6-foot-2, 185 pounds) and range gives a defense a game-breaker in the back end of the secondary. Toviano, however, has the rare ability to line up as a big corner and has pesky length and closing speed to man up on receivers one-on-one.”
