With February nearing its end and March inching closer, the dead period is set to end and the updated On3 rankings have been released. More than 75% of the nation’s top prospects have not committed anywhere however, there are several who have already made their decision well before their senior year begins.

Here’s a look at where the 15 highest-ranked committed prospects according to the updated On300 rankings are headed:

5-star WR Jeremiah Smith – Ohio State commit

School: Miami (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna
On3 Ranking: No. 3
On3 NIL Valuation$262K

Scouting Review: “Jeremiah Smith is a big, skilled receiver with fluidity and savvy for the position. Measured in at 6-foot-3, 185 pounds prior to his junior season. Had a breakout 2021 season, helping his Chaminade-Madonna team to a state championship. Turned in several strong performances, including a big state title game. Polished route-runner at this early stage. Smooth mover with some technical refinement that allows for separation. Shows good ball skills with his ability to track the football over his shoulder. Does not register as a top athlete in the combine setting at this stage. Can further take advantage of his size by continuing to improve his contested catch skills.”

5-star CB Ellis Robinson – Georgia commit

School: IMG (Fla.) Academy
On3 Ranking: No. 4
On3 NIL Valuation$244K

Scouting Review: “Ellis Robinson IV is a ball-hawking defensive back with elite length and ability to make plays on the ball as a high school underclassman. Dominated competition in New York’s Catholic league as a sophomore, bringing in eight interceptions. Made several impressive, acrobatic picks. Has advanced ball skills as a cornerback, which he pairs with outstanding length. Measured in at 5-foot-11.5, 169 pounds with a 6-foot-7 wing-span prior to his junior season. Also tests as a very good athlete, running a 4.56 second electronically-timed 40-yard dash. Transferred to IMG Academy for his junior season and should see an uptick in competition as a high school upperclassman.”

4-star ATH Jaylen Mbakwe – Alabama commit

School: Pinson (Ala.) Clay-Chalkville
On3 Ranking: No. 15
On3 NIL Valuation$198K

Scouting Review: “Jaylen Mbakwe is one of the more dynamic two-way athletes early on in the 2024 cycle. Stars on both sides of the ball for one of the top high school programs in Alabama. Has outstanding play speed, backed up by a personal best of 10.74 seconds in the 100 meters mid-way through his sophomore track season. Pulls away in the open field, easily out-running defenders. Dynamic with the ball in his hands both as a receiver and return man. Also shows the ability to separate on vertical routes. Returned several kicks for touchdowns. Also doubles as a productive defensive back, with high level ball production, totaling 4 interceptions and 12 pass breakups as a sophomore. Should he end up at defensive back, will need to continue honing his technical skills. Projects as one of the more electric athletes in the 2024 cycle.”

4-star QB Julian Sayin – Alabama commit

School: Carlsbad (Calif.)
On3 Ranking: No. 16
On3 NIL Valuation$311K

Scouting Review: “The first thing that jumps out about Julian Sayin is that he is a pure passer. His mechanics are clean. At the minimum, he has one of the quickest releases [in the 2024 class]. The ball gets out really fast. There are not a lot of moving parts in his throwing motion. He’s been very productive at Carlsbad through two years of starting. Averages over 10 yards per attempt and a high completion percentage of around 75 percent for his career. Limits interceptions. This is a guy who does a very good of taking care of the football and playing efficiently and can hit all levels of the field with his ability to get the ball out quickly, read defenses, and play from the pocket.”

4-star QB DJ Lagway – Florida commit

School: Willis (Texas)
On3 Ranking: No. 21
On3 NIL Valuation$369K

Scouting Review: “DJ Lagway is a strong-armed quarterback prospect who possesses a thicker build with solid measurables for the position. Checked in at 6-foot-2.3 and 225 pounds during the camp circuit prior to his junior season. Has the arm strength to make throws at every level of the field, including ones from the far hash. Efficient with his movements in the pocket and comfortable working outside the pocket. Arm talent shines when forced to throw from multiple arm slots or off-platform. Will need to continue progressing with his accuracy as a passer – completed 55 percent of his passes as a sophomore at under 7 yards per attempt. A touted two-sport athlete who has also received multiple Power Five offers as a baseball player.”

4-star WR Cam Williams – Notre Dame commit

School: Glen Ellyn (Ill.) Glenbard South
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 29
On3 NIL Valuation$118K

Scouting Review: “Cam Williams has prototypical size — a very good frame. He looks to have very good length as well. He’s very athletic and coordinated, which is backed up with his track profile. He ran an 11.01 100-meter dash and is a 6-foot-5 high jumper. He has top end speed and vertical bounce; that’s very strong for a rising junior receiver. For that to go with his size, it’s a very good athletic profile. And he’s smooth on film. He looks like one of the better wide receiver prospects in the country. We have him ranked that way, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we continue to see him move up.”

4-star DL Omar White – Colorado commit

School: Valdosta (Ga.)
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 33
On3 NIL Valuation$52K

Scouting Review: Omar White had a huge junior season at Valdosta recording 66 tackles, 28 tackles for loss and seven sacks. He became one of Deion Sanders‘ first 2024 commitments committing to the Buffaloes on Dec. 26.

4-star RB Kameron Davis – Florida State commit

School: Albany (Ga.) Dougherty
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 46
On3 NIL Valuation$113K

Scouting Review: “Rocked up running back prospect that runs with violence and has nimble feet for someone with his physique. Measures in at 5-foot-9.5, 200 pounds. Jumped a 29.5-inch vertical and a 9-foot-1 broad jump during the spring camp circuit prior to his junior season. Excellent ability to make defenders miss in a phone booth. Possess tremendous leg drive and the ability to pull through arm tackles. Lacks ideal top end speed, more of a doubles guy than a homerun threat. High floor prospect who will always be a pain to bring down between the tackles. One of the top baseball prospects in the country who has top-tier MLB draft potential.”

4-star LB Wendell Gregory – South Carolina commit

School: Marietta (Ga.) Walton
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 48
On3 NIL Valuation$55K

Scouting Review: “Versatile space defender whose length and range allows him to make plays at every level of the field. Ran a solid 11.86 100m and an impressive 23.89 200m during his freshman track and field season given his size. Tremendous spatial awareness when working in zone coverage. Excellent closing speed and ability to run from sideline to sideline. Possesses stopping power at the point of contact when engaging ball carriers. Functional rusher off of the edge. Need to see development with his hand usage and ability to shed blockers. High upside prospect who has every chance to become a top-tier NFL prospect.”

4-star CB Jamari Howard – Michigan State commit

School: Hialeah (Fla.) Westland Hialeah
On3 Consensus Ranking: No. 50
On3 NIL Valuation$73K

Scouting Review: “Long and rangy two-way player who turns whatever side of the field he is on into an island when playing corner. Measures in at 6-foot-1.5, 175 pounds with a freakish 6-foot-8 wingspan. Jumped a 31-inch vertical and ran a solid 7.30 3-cone during the spring camp circuit prior to his junior season. Ran a 22.80 200m as well as a blistering 49.71 400m during his sophomore track and field season. Uses his length to manhandle receivers off the line of scrimmage. Has the recovery speed to get back in phase with receivers to make a play on the ball. Will naturally fill out his frame as he physically develops.”
