The Green & Gold Guard - Colorado State Rams Collective

The Green & Gold Guard is a Colorado State-focused collective that was launched in 2022 with primary focus of empowering, engaging, enhancing and enriching Ram student-athletes through NIL partnerships. The collective is officially endorsed by the Colorado State athletic department and is run by a board of directors that have deep ties with Colorado State and in the Fort Collins business community. “As we compete in the recruiting and retention space of our student-athletes, the Green and Gold Guard is vital to maintain and enhance our Championship Culture through community engagement,” Colorado State athletic director Joe Parker said. The Green & Gold Guard also has a group of 10 former Colorado State student-athletes on its Rams4Rams Advisory Council. “Our members provide the unique perspective of understanding both the rewards and challenges of being a student-athlete,” the Green & Gold Guard says on its website. “We are grateful for their input into creating the gold standard of NIL collectives.”
