On3 Consensus four-star quarterback Jaden Rashada has seen his On3 NIL Valuation soar since his commitment to Miami in late June.

Rashada ranks as the nation’s No. 43 overall player, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He’s also the seventh-best quarterback and No. 5 player in California, per the On3 Consensus. The On3 Consensus four-star quarterback chose Miami over Florida and Texas A&M.

With the attention his commitment brought to the college football world, Jaden Rashada has seen a steady increase in NIL value.

So much so that Rashada’s On3 NIL Valuation climbed nearly half a million, jumping to $500,000. Moreover, he’s seen a 14-week growth in his On3 NIL Valuation of 1,177% — $461,000. He also ranks as the No. 7 player in the On3 High School Football NIL Rankings and the No. 60 player in the On3 NIL 100.

The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.

Jaden Rashada’s On3 NIL Valuation soaring

Jaden Rashada has a solid social media following of 33,000. Most of his followers come from his Instagram account. He now has an On3 Per Post Value of $2.6k. He also has more than 10,800 followers on Twitter.

Rashada also became one of the first-ever high school athletes to make money off his NIL when he inked a four-figure endorsement deal with recruiting app AIR (Athletes in Recruitment).

“With his recruitment one of the most followed in the country, his NIL stock is going through the roof,” a NIL expert told On3. “It’s going to only get stronger and strong as he goes through this process and eventually pick a school. He’s also a trendsetter in the space, so he has the potential to make big-time money down the road.”

Jaden Rashada’s drama-filled commitment

Jaden Rashada has openly talked about his fondness for the Miami coaches and the chance to make a big impact in Coral Gables.

“I love the opportunity there,” Rashada said recently. “Along with the relationship that I have with the staff. I believe they will run their conference these next few years.”

The details surrounding his commitment became murky hours after his public announcement, though. Michael W. Caspino with Forward Counsel in Newport Beach, Calif., claimed the quarterback left millions on the table by not committing to Florida.

Since the news broke, however, multiple parties involved in the story have issued statements or walked back their comments. Jackson Zager, Rashada’s old teammate at IMG Academy, told On3 on Monday the Rashada family was “stressed out and caught off guard” by Caspino’s comments Sunday night.

Zager is 19 years old and just finished his freshman year at SMU. The president and founder of JTM Sports, he holds an athlete agent license in multiple states. His partner and chief business operator at JTM, Thomsen is a 22-year-old commercial real estate agent.

The specifics of Rashada’s reported NIL deal are murky. Caspino and Zager each told On3 that no paper contract has been signed.

Caspino continues to claim The Gator Collective offered Rashada “a lot of money,” but a Gator Collective representative and Florida football staffer indicated to On3 the Gators never offered him a dollar. The same member of the collective told On3 that the lawyer has attempted to reach them through “multiple pathways” in the past few months. Other collectives have shared similar stories.
