Yes, high school football kicked off in some parts of the country with Week Zero. But this week games across the country begin in earnest. The Skinny: Kadyn Proctor had his choice of top programs. But the Des Moines (Iowa) Southeast Polk five-star offensive tackle stayed close to home with his Iowa commitment.
