When On3 announced the addition of female athlete profiles, deals and NIL valuations to its industry-leading player database back in October, it was only the start of what was to come.

Over the course of the past month, more athlete profiles have been added to the database to piece together a larger picture of the top women athletes in NIL. This includes the top athletes in their respective sport, along with influential figures.

Now the Women’s NIL 100 debuts. Similar to the NIL 100, this is the first of its kind and defacto NIL ranking of the top 100 high school and college female athletes ranked by their On3 NIL Valuation.

On3 is breaking down the top 10 evaluations in the newly released Women’s NIL 100.

1. Livvy Dunne

On3 NIL Valuation: $2.5 million
Social media following: 8.7 million
Per-Post Value: $33,000
Sport: Gymnastics

LSU gymnast Livvy Dunne has been a trailblazer in the NIL space since the NCAA puts its interim policy in place on July 1, 2021. Now a junior, she earned All-America honors on uneven bars last year and landed on the SEC academic honor roll. And for all the success she has had in the gym, she’s continued to build her brand outside of gymnastics. Her social media following has grown to over 8 million. She’s inked deals with American Eagle, Plant Fuel, Bartleby and others. Her exclusive brand partnership with Vuori Clothing was her first. It also reportedly netted her a mid-six-figure payday. And when she’s gifted free clothing as part of deals, she typically gives them to her teammates. With gymnastics season set to begin in December, Dunne will continue to be a leader in the NIL space.

2. Sunisa Lee

On3 NIL Valuation: $1.5 million
Social media following: 3.5 million
Per-Post Value: $21,000
Sport: Gymnastics

Before the NCAA changed its NIL policies, there’s a strong possibility Sunisa Lee never would have competed for Auburn. She captured gold in the gymnastics’ All Around in Tokyo’s 2021 Summer Olympics. Lee was the pillar of Team USA’s silver medal, too. She was named SEC Freshman of the Year this past spring and captured eight All-America honors. All of it has combined to be a stellar platform for her to profit off her NIL. She’s used it to sign notable partnerships with Amazon, Gatorade and Target, among others. Earlier this month, Lee landed possibly her most notable deal yet. The gymnast has signed with CLIF Bar, where she will work in partnership with the nonprofit Voice In Sport (VIS) Foundation, which advocates for women in sports through research, education and advocacy. As part of the agreement, CLIF Bar is committing funds to the VIS Advocacy Program to assist in establishing 20 advocacy chapters and another 20 Title IX trainings on school campuses across the country. Each VIS chapter will also receive formal Title IX training to evaluate their school’s compliance with the federal civil rights law. It’s only the latest example of how NIL has allowed her to expand her brand.

3. Paige Bueckers

On3 NIL Valuation: $819,000
Social media following: 1.5 million
Per-Post Value: $11,300
Sport: Basketball

Paige Bueckers, the 2020-21 national player of the year, is not playing basketball this winter. The UConn star announced in August she had suffered an ACL injury. That has not hurt her marketability, though. She recently signed on with Bose. Bueckers has a deal with crocs, and she became the first student-athlete to ever sign an NIL deal with Gatorade last December. Since then, she has rolled out her own custom bottle as part of Gatorade’s Fuel Tomorrow Gx Collection. She also had a basketball court built in her hometown thanks to a deal with StockX. The guard will have three years of eligibility remaining following this season. And even though she is eligible to head for the WNBA, she announced earlier this month she will return to the Huskies for the 2023-24 season.

4. Hanna Cavinder

On3 NIL Valuation: $794,000
Social media following: 4.6 million
Per-Post Value: $10,800
Sport: Basketball

Maybe no two athletes have defined the NIL era more than the Cavinder Twins. Hanna Cavinder and her twin sister Haley started the new age of college sports with a major move, announcing a deal with Boost Mobile in New York City’s Times Square. Since then, they’ve inked more than 30 partnerships. They’ve harnessed the power of being twins in the social media age, too. They each have their own Instagram account, while also sharing a page. Add to that a combined TikTok account with more than four million followers and there’s loads of potential. Over the past year and change, they’ve joined forces with Venmo, Champs Sports and Core Hydration, among others. For their success, the sisters were also named as one of On3’s top 25 most influential figures in NIL. Bueckers is also on the list.

5. Haley Cavinder

On3 NIL Valuation: $801,000
Social media following: 4.6 million
Per-Post Value: $10,800
Sport: Basketball

Hanna and Haley Cavinder announced plans this past spring to transfer from Fresno State to Miami. And while the two have come out and stated NIL did not play a role in their move to South Beach, there’s no questioning the profit they stand to make off the move. Playing for an ACC team in a major media market gets their brand in front of more eyeballs automatically. Plus, the opportunity to seriously contend for an NCAA tournament bid. Early on this season, both are earning serious minutes for the Canes. Hanna is averaging 4.3 points and two rebounds per game across 22 minutes. Meanwhile, Haley had an 18-point game last week against Stetson and is averaging 12 points in three games.

6. Flaujae Johnson

On3 NIL Valuation: $588,000
Social media following: 1.1 million
Per-Post Value: $8,000
Sport: Basketball

Flaujae Johnson has the potential to be one of the biggest names in the NIL space. She has an established social media following already because of her hip-hop brand, and she’s really just starting to build on her on-court recognition. Brands have started to realize that, too. The LSU freshman signed a shoe deal with Puma in September. Oh yeah, the shoe company also gave Johnson her own ice cream truck for the LSU-Alabama game. One of the top-ranked recruits in the 2022 class, she was a McDonald’s All-American this past season. Johnson’s social media following is huge, too, thanks to her hip-hop presence. She has 1.1 million followers on social media and 124,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel. The guard has played in all three of LSU games this season, averaging 14.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.

7. Jada Williams

On3 NIL Valuation: $588,000
Social media following: 1.1 million
Per-Post Value: $7,300
Sport: Basketball

The brand that Jada Williams has crafted together is one of the largest in high school sports. The Arizona basketball signee has one of the largest social media followings — and she’s yet to play a single college basketball game. The Class of 2023 recruit has 1 million followers just off of Instagram and TikTok. That’s to go along with landmark deals with Lemon Perfect, Spalding and Gymshark. If the point guard is already doing this before she is on a college campus, the sky is the limit for her NIL potential. All that is to mention she’s been on multiple USA FIBA teams.

8. Hailey Van Lith

On3 NIL Valuation: $539,000
Social media following: 780,000
Per-Post Value: $7,400
Sport: Basketball

Hailey Van Lith is one of the most marketable athletes in the NIL era. The Louisville basketball star got the Cardinals to the Final Four this past season before falling to South Carolina. An All-ACC first-teamer last year, she averaged 14.4 points per game in 34 games. She’s picked right back up where she left off, too. The junior is averaging 21.7 points and 5.7 rebounds early on this season. Louisville has a matchup with Gonzaga and Ohio State looming, which will be a measuring stick for the program. On top of the basketball success, Van Lith has built a strong social media following, too. The former McDonald’s All-American has 780,000 social media followers. Adidas, Dicks Sporting Goods, Valentino, Overtime and Billionaire Girls Club have all signed deals with the Louisville star.

9. Jordan Chiles

On3 NIL Valuation: $370,000
Social media following: 725,000
Per-Post Value: $5,200
Sport: Gymnastics

Jordan Chiles has built one of the most recognized brands in college sports, thanks in part to her role in helping lead the U.S. to a team silver medal at the 2020 Olympic Games. Chiles placed in the top three in the all-around at every domestic competition in 2021, including third at the Olympic Trials. Last season at UCLA, Chiles earned second-team All-America honors after tying for seventh in her session and 14th overall on floor exercise at the NCAA Championships. She’s also making the most out of her NIL opportunities with deals with Reebok, Pottery Barn Teen, DoorDash, Urban Outfitters, GK Gymnastics, Gymshark, Amazon, SoFi, Degree and many others. And earlier this month, she added another major accolade to her resume. The sophomore won team gold and silver medals on the vault and floor at the 2022 World Gymnastics Championships in Liverpool, England. She is one of the most decorated college gymnasts right now.

10. Mia Mastrov

On3 NIL Valuation: $369,000
Social media following: 977,000
Per-Post Value: $5,000
Sport: Basketball

Cal guard Mia Mastrov has masterfully crafted her brand on and off the court. The sophomore, who appeared in all 24 games for the Bears last season, has professional modeling experience and a passion for high-end fashion. Through two games this year, she’s averaging 7.5 points per game. But she also boasts more than 779,000 followers across her social media accounts, including nearly 404,000 on TikTok alone. She’s inked notable brand deals with Afterpay, Quizlet and Neutrogena.

About the On3 NIL Valuation

The On3 NIL Valuation is the industry’s leading index that sets the projected annual value for high school and college athletes. A proprietary algorithm, the On3 NIL Valuation calculates an athlete’s NIL value using dynamic data points targeting three primary categories, including performance, influence and exposure.

While the algorithm includes deal data, it does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals athletes have completed to date, nor does it set an athlete’s NIL valuation for their entire career. The On3 NIL Valuation calculates the optimized NIL opportunity for athletes relative to the overall NIL market and projects out to as long as 12 months into the future.
