Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin shared the latest injury update on quarterback Aaron Rodgers and rookie defensive lineman Derrick Harmon as they get ready for the Baltimore Ravens. While speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Tomlin said that Rodgers will start the week as a limited participant in practice due to a wrist injury. And for Harmon, Tomlin said that he has been ruled out for the Week 14 game due to a knee injury.

Aaron Rodgers injured his wrist in the Week 11 game against the Cincinnati Bengals, which led to him missing the Steelers’ Week 12 matchup against the Chicago Bears. He returned on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills and threw for only 117 yards in the team’s 26-7 loss.

“We just didn’t have a lot of positive plays,” Rodgers said after the game, per Teresa Varley of Steelers.com. “I felt good enough to be out there, just not ready to take a snap, and hopefully next week for that. “Disappointed in my performance. Disappointed in the offensive performance. We’ve got to flush this one. We’re 6-6. We’ve got a game for the division lead this week.”

The Steelers are 6-6 after 12 games this season and are tied with the Ravens for the AFC North lead. A win on Sunday would put Pittsburgh in the driver’s seat for the division crown with four games remaining.

“We control our destiny. We’ve got to win,” Rodgers stated. “We’ve got three division games. Two of them are against Baltimore next week and the last week of the season. “It’s a tough place to play. I’ve played there before during COVID season. They’ve got a great fan base. It will be loud and rocking.”

Derrick Harmon will miss his second consecutive game. With him out on Sunday, the Bills rushed for 249 yards, and it’s hard to imagine that things will be better this weekend since Ravens running back Derrick Henry has rushed for 931 yards and 10 touchdowns in 12 games this year.

The Steelers selected Harmon in the first round (No. 21) overall in this year’s draft. The former Oregon star has played in nine games and recorded 22 tackles, two sacks, and one pass defended.
