'Aaron Rodgers: Enigma': First trailer of Netflix docuseries revealed
Aaron Rodgers will be featured in a new docuseries on Netflix, and the first official trailer has been released. On Tuesday, The Pat McAfee Show debuted the trailer for Aaron Rodgers: Enigma, a three-part docuseries that will premiere on Dec. 17.
Aaron Rodgers: Enigma was first announced by Netflix on Sept. 9. The series is produced by Religion of Sports, Skydance Sports, and NFL films and will take a look at Rodgers’ 2023 season with the New York Jets.
While appearing on The Pat McAfee Show, Rodgers talked about the docuseries and what fans can expect. “I’m thankful for the last year. When Gotham [Chopra] reached out after I got hurt, we had a good conversation,” Rodgers said. “It chronicles a lot of the rehab, it chronicles a trip down to Costa Rica where we did ayahuasca. There’s some great backstory stuff from my 18 years in Green Bay and some interesting interviews.
“It’s pretty wide open talking about all different types of topics in the episodes. It was definitely vulnerable to open up and allow them to be around and take them to some of these things. I haven’t seen the final cuts or anything, but I’m thankful for the people I met in the process.”

Aaron Rodgers doesn’t have ‘any regrets’
Rodgers joined the Jets after spending 18 seasons with the Packers. He was expected to turn the franchise around but missed nearly the entire 2023 season with an Achilles injury. This season, Rodgers has struggled to find consistency, completing 62.5 percent of his passes for 2,627 yards, 19 touchdowns, and eight interceptions with an 87.5 passer rating. The Jets are 3-9 this year with Rodgers under center.
Despite the challenges this year, Rodgers does not have any regrets joining the Jets. “I don’t have any regrets about coming to New York,” Rodgers said. “In fact, I’m so thankful. If I hadn’t come to New York, my life wouldn’t look the way it does now. And I was thinking about that, like how many beautiful blessings have come into my life since being a Jet. And there’s a lot of them. People, experiences, memories, but there’s just so many individuals that work in the building that I never would’ve met.”
