In 2019, Terrelle Pryor plead guilty to harassment charges following the stabbing incident. He was ordered to serve probation in that case. Briston plead guilty to assault as a result of the incident.

Terrelle Pryor last appeared in an NFL game in 2018 as a member of the Buffalo Bills. In 2019, Pryor signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars but was placed on injured reserve and released before appearing in a game.

On December 23, 2010, the NCAA ruled that Pryor and four of his teammates would be suspended for the first five games of the 2011 season, as a sanction for selling memorabilia. After allegations that Pryor was driving on a suspended license and had made made thousands of dollars autographing memorabilia, Pryor chose to withdraw from the university in 2011, and was subsequently banned from all contact with the university’s athletic program and new incoming recruits. Pryor then declared for the NFL Supplemental Draft and was selected by the Raiders in the third round.
